Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site on behalf of a patient as a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes related to CDRx’s compounding pharmacy services. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security features or normal operation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in prescription, refill, or provider requests.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CDRx Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Patient accounts and provider portal access

Certain features of the Site, such as the Prescriber Portal and patient communication tools, may require you to create an account or provide login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at 866-588-1851 if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. CDRx may suspend or deactivate accounts that show suspicious activity, violate these Terms, or remain inactive for an extended period.

SMS and text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from CDRx Pharmacy related to prescription status, refill reminders, appointment notifications, and customer service communications. Message frequency varies based on your prescription and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us at 866-588-1851. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy for more detail on how your information is collected, used, and shared.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CDRx Pharmacy does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Payments and orders

Prescription orders placed through the Site or related systems are subject to verification, insurance eligibility, and pharmacist review before processing. Pricing, payment methods, and billing terms will be communicated at the time of order. CDRx Pharmacy reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations.

User-generated content

If the Site allows you to submit reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant CDRx Pharmacy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.
